In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers (except the Privacy Policy is snooze-ville, sorry!).

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivery times can vary depending on your location. 

  • We highly recommend selecting a tracked and insured option at checkout when monetarily feasible, i.e., your item purchased is of higher value. This will protect your if your package is lost. See below for more details.

  • All Canadian and USA orders over $250 automatically quality for FREE Shipping and are sent tracked and insured.


  • Sleepy Hollow is NOT responsible for duties or taxes you may incur in your country of residence.

  • Sleepy Holow is not responsible for shipments that are lost by the shipping agent. If you have purchased tracked and insured shipping for your package, we will work with you to put in a claim. Refunds will only be provided when the claims process has been approved/completed.  Lost shipments rarely happen when the package is tracked and insured. If you opt for NO tracking or insurance, Sleepy Holow is not responsible for lost packages.

  • Sleepy Holow is not responsible for stolen shipments in transit or at the final destination.


Returns and Refunds

How It Works

  • All Sleepy Holow Customer orders and Gift Cards are FINAL SALE. We are not responsible for errors made in measuring; therefore, no refunds, exchanges, or returns.  

  • On Ready To Own items Return policy is 20 days from your purchase being shipped. If 20 days have passed since your shipment date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.

    • You MUST have approval for a return as we need to ensure you fill out any customs forms correctly and so we are aware and watching for your return to arrive.

    • All items MUST be returned in the same condition and the same or comparable packaging as you received your product. 

    • Once your return is approved and we receive your item and it is inspected it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Your original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

    • Shipping costs incurred to return is the purchasers responsibility.

    • We HIGHLY recommend that you send your return as  tracked and insured shipping, as Sleepy Holow is NOT responsible for lost returned products with no tracking or insurance.

Our Policy

Sleepy Holow always provides you with a CARE CARD for your new collar. Please adhere to the instructions provided to avoid any damage to your collar.  We recommend not wearing your Sleepy Holow collar for rough play, muddy conditions, water, or leaving your dog unattended while in their collar. 


Our craftsmanship warranty includes: 

  • Complimentary conditioning & edge touch up.​

  • Crystal repair.

  • Hardware defects (within 30 days of purchase)

  • Shipping costs are NOT covered by Sleepy Holow. The purchaser is responsible for ship costs to and from Sleepy Holow.  Once your item is ready, we will send you a return ship invoice. 

Need a repair that is not covered above, please send us an email to with photos of what you need repaired and we can let you know if is repairable and the cost for such repair.

All about Information Security

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).
